This page explains what information Northampton Area Housing collects and how it’s used. We collect the minimum needed to run a listings and matching site and never sell your data.

What we collect

• Account info: email, and anything you add to your profile (name, phone, bio).
• Business name (LLC/DBA): if you provide one, it is used only to help verify your listings against public business records. It is never shown on your public profile or listings. Only a “business on file” badge is shown.
• Listing details: whatever you enter when posting: property or search criteria, photos, price.
• Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Usage data: which listings you save, pass on, or search for, used only to power matching and saved-search alerts on your own account.

What’s shown publicly

Active listings, your display name, bio, and verification badges are visible to anyone browsing the site. Your phone number is shown only to other signed-in users, and only on listings you’ve published. Your email and business name are never shown publicly.

Who we share data with

Supabase (database and authentication) and Stripe (payments) process data on our behalf as infrastructure providers. We don’t sell or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

Your choices

You can edit or remove most of your information from your profile at any time, or contact the site operator to request account deletion.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site grows. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
